We collect the following personal data: name and surname, email address, phone number (optional), addresses provided for service visits, vehicle details (optional), order history and payment information. You provide this data directly when registering or placing an order.
Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes: providing the services you ordered and managing your account; sending booking confirmations, reminders, and review requests; fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting); improving service quality based on feedback.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (at registration and for marketing communications); performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (when delivering ordered services); legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (system security, fraud prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in settings.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for the duration of your account and 3 years after its deletion for legal compliance purposes. Invoices and accounting documents are retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable accounting law.
Third Parties and Processors
We use trusted data processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting and infrastructure, USA – under EU standard contractual clauses), Neon Inc. (database services, USA), Resend Inc. (email delivery, USA). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (export in account settings); rectify inaccurate data; erasure (delete your account in settings); data portability; restriction of processing; object to processing; withdraw consent. To exercise your rights or file a complaint, you may also contact your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use essential functional cookies required for the application to work (e.g. login sessions). Analytics cookies are activated only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
